- Program myself to think before I speak. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn’t. I need it to work more often.
- I’d like to be a kinder person year round, not just for the first few days of the New Year.

- Finish up all of my unfinished knitting objects that I have hanging around. At last count, I had 8.
- Keep my car cleaner
- Take a Tai Chi or Qi Gong class. I need some Zen in my life.
- Walk more — even if the weather is yucky
- Remind myself every day to be thankful that I have the life and family and job that I have.
